Regional Contracts and Cooperatives
The ESC-Region 19 Purchasing (Allied States Cooperative) is a national governmental purchasing cooperative which competitively bids and awards contracts to local, regional, and national vendors in compliance with local, state, and federal procurement laws and regulations.
The Region 2 Education Service Center GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative (formerly the Multi-Regional Purchasing Program) has served for local education agencies, city and county governmental entities, non-profit organizations, colleges, universities and day care centers since 1992.
Region 16 Education Service Center serves the Texas Panhandle, an area that consists of 62 school districts and two charter schools with 226 campuses.
Region 18 Education Service Center is one of 20 service centers that serve Texas educational needs. Its assigned regional area encompasses 19 counties, 33 school districts, seven charter schools, five institutes for higher education and more than 89,000 students.
Region 20 Education Service Center assists districts in reducing costs and improving the quality of the products purchased. The cooperative solicits bids for office and computer supplies, paper supplies, art supplies, PE supplies, custodial supplies, reproduction supplies, lawn and garden supplies, fire extinguishers, graphing calculators and floor care products and machine pads. The general supplies bid cover the areas of athletic equipment, band instruments, carpet/flooring, first aid and medical supplies, maintenance, merchandise, playground equipment, and uniforms.
Member districts of the Region 3 Education Service Center are provided the opportunity to purchase products and services directly from awarded vendors through localized purchasing services.
Region 5 ESC has proudly served the schools of Southeast Texas since 1967. They are devoted to helping each school educate its students so as to assure their success in our society.
The mission of Region 6 ESC is to empower the educational community to achieve excellence. Service to, and support of, educators in helping students succeed is at the heart of everything that we do. Every service we provide was developed at the request of schools and we pride ourselves on being responsive to the needs of educators and the communities that they serve.
Region 7 Education Service Center aids in districts' procurement process by providing 39 categories of items to be bid that meet the requirements of the Texas Education Agency Audit Division and the Attorney General's Anti-Trust Office.
